We encourage customers to try their purchase for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits. If you are not satisfied within 60 days of purchase, you may request assistance through our 60-day money-back guarantee.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 60 days of the purchase date.
• A proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt is required.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used supplements, topical items, or consumable products.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or neglect.

Any item valued at over $200 may be subject to up to a 25 percent restocking fee, along with the cost of initial shipping charges incurred by Denali Sports, even if the item was originally shipped with free shipping.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and changes may no longer be possible. If a cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of the refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged at no additional cost.

To request an exchange, please contact us and include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or defective item

Our team will review your request and assist you with the replacement process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please follow these steps:

• Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
• If the issue continues, contact us directly for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items
